The apartments are located in a charming house in Biberach's old town. The house was built in 1571 and completely redeveloped in 2011. Since the redevelopment, the historic facade hides comfortable and stylish apartments.
It was important for us to redesign the apartments friendly and bright. All apartments have large windows and a modern interior.
During the redevelopment, environmental friendlyness was important to us. Therefore, the old building was upgraded to the energy efficiency class 70. Moreover, all apartments are equipped with an automatic ventilation system with heat recovery.
